I ask you if the present version of EPO linked data differentiates between the different kind of citations, as for example available in EPO OPS, which differentiates between applicant, examiner, opponent, third party and some other cases.

No, the origin of the citation (from search, from examination, opposition, third party observation etc.) is not in the data. However, citations provided by the applicant himself have been excluded from the data, because their value is typically very poor. Consequently, the citations which are left in the data have a high quality level.
In the design of this linked open data set we tried to keep it simple enough to be comprehensible by a wider user community including non-patent experts, but still being useful for many purposes.
