I think the database does not feature patents fom Austria.

Dear user,
To search for AT (Austrian) patent documents in our databases please use the kind code AT in any of the number fields of the "Advanced search" mask in espacenet. This refines your search for the Austrian publications only. If you fail to find Austrian documents in your results list this could be due to the fact that there are other English language versions in the same patent family. The Austrian documents will still be available under "Also published as" of the bibliographic data of a family member.
