mailbox

Please inform whether the mailbox service is stopped because when I login to Myepoline with smart card there are no selection - mailbox - in the top of the screen as it was some time ago.

Dear margus,

please send such queries directly to support@epo.org with your details as only there people can look into any particular problems which might apply to specific cases.

All general issues can of course be dealt with in this forum between users. Some experts at the EPO also take sometimes the liberty to reply but there is no promised service level in existence in relation to this forum and hence, you should never rely on it.

How will it handled for example with a communication under Rule 109/110 sent via mailbox?!

Enabling and configuration takes place firstly in the Administration tab after logon to my.epoline.
Further configuration also possible in the maiboy itself.

In both cases, click on Help for more information. See attached files to get started..
