Memory Error when closing ThinClient

Post by DCampbell » Tue Aug 04, 2009 2:40 pm

We're running OLFv4.0 server/client setup and since upgrading our clients to use Adobe Reader 9 users are consistently getting an 'OLFClient.exe - Application Error' dialog box stating that the:
'The instruction at "0x0700609c" referenced memory at "0x00000014". The memory could no be "read"'

User's can 'OK' the message and carry on as normal as it's an error on exiting.

Have tried the normal uninstall, reinstall etc and it still occurs. Is this likely to be a server issue as it is a global issue across our EPOLine users?

Cheers,
Darren

This sounds very familiar to me..

I would suggest to uninstall and try installing the version 9.0
