Miscalculation of page fees on PCT filings

Does anybody else have problems with the fee calculation of page fees on PCT/RO/101 requests?

For example, we have a case which epoline calculates has 36 pages and then proceeds to only calculate the extra page fees for 11 pages.

One end user mentioned they had filed a R101 and received an email from the EPO stating wrong fee payment.
As I had performed the fee updates on the 2nd April and it was filed on the 1st April I assumed it was down to this. I not aware of us having any more problems or emails from the EPO.
