Dear OPS Support,

First of all thank you for your hard work, creating and maintaining this service, I truly appreciate it.

In the last few weeks we had the chance to test several EP B1 full text queries and they were working properly. We started this test with patents granted this year without no critical issues whatsoever. However as we tried to query patents granted last year we found hundreds of granted European patents with no B1 claims nor description full texts. OPS keeps responding with 404 Not Found errors even though the patents do have B1 documents, they are all granted.

It is quite possible that the problem is caused on our side somehow, but we are unable to debug this issue. Would you please double check the following example and confirm that OPS is working properly? We would really appreciate it.

Publication number: EP0865784
Date of grant: 20171227
Kind: B1

The B1 document is available here: https://data.epo.org/publication-server ... i=B1&cc=EP

The following queries always return no data (404 Not Found error):
http://ops.epo.org/3.2/rest-services/pu ... .B1/claims
http://ops.epo.org/3.2/rest-services/pu ... escription

However, this query returns the data (200 OK):
http://ops.epo.org/3.2/rest-services/pu ... .B1/images

There are hundreds of other granted EP B1 documents that are somehow not returning from OPS, almost all of them are also missing the images query data not just the claims and description full texts.

Here are some random samples: EP1950589, EP1954058, EP1959080, EP1961322 and many more.

Please forgive me if I posted this to the wrong place and if you have any idea on how we should investigate the issue that would be more than helpful. Or if this is a known limitation of OPS please let me know.

Thank you!
Ben
