New DTDs with Unitary Patent XML structures used as of March 2023

ep-patent-document-v1-6.dtd is used for the XML of EP publications available in the European Publication Server.

ep-bulletin-v1-6.dtd is a subset of ep-patent-document-v1-6.dtd and is used for the XML of the EBD bulk data product.

Both DTDs version 1.6 are now available for download and will be used as of week 10/2023 (publication date 08.03.2023). The EBD specifications version 4.5 is also now available for download.

Please note that no Unitary Patent related data will be available on 08.03.2023.

As previously announced, we confirm that the new DTD ep-patent-document-v1-6 is used as of today in the XML of EP publications, downloadable e.g. from the European Publication Server (user interface and web service):
