There are many documents I cannot find in the new Espacenet search which are retrieved with the Legacy Smart Search. In particular many of these do not seem to have a valid title, and that may be preventing them from returning in results.
Some Examples:
BE427979A
BE436808A
BE439011A
BE439012A
BE443637A
DE15148C
DE252841C
DE1251941B
GB1054904A
LU11634A1
LU28706A1
LU28786A1
NL103310CC
NL110141CC
NL114068CC
Is there any intentional reason for the difference in behavior, or is this related to something else in the backend process?

Re: New Espacenet missing results versus Classic Smart Search
Dear user,
Thanks for spotting this. It is, of course, not our intention to hold back any data in new Espacenet.
In fact, it turned out that the data itself is incorrect (missing publication dates) as you can see also in classic Espacenet. The technical teams are working on it. We hope that this can be fixed soon and the documents will be availble also in new Espacenet.
Apologies for any inconvenience
