New version of the Register Resource book

The European Patent Register resource book, user documentation and online help, has been updated in all three official EPO languages!
It is now online (https://www.epo.org/searching-for-paten ... html#tab-1) and available with the RSS feed and Email alert information in the chapters Patent family and All documents. New chapters have also been created for the Email alert and RSS feed. Additionally, the Federated Register chapter now includes the new sub-chapter about the information available in Section National patent registers of the Federated register view and a new table has been added to the chapter References titled Federated register statuses.
Over and above, the manual has been updated with the new Rule according to the presidents decision, OJ 2018, A14, about the availability of PCT file dossier in the file inspection.
Any comments, feedback and suggestions are always welcome!
