Hello

Despite the fact that we cross "not specified" in the Payment mode on the Fee Payment sheet, we can see automatically coming the fee "Additionnal fee for the 36th and each subsequent..." (12 euros per page) if we have had a document exceeded the 35 pages. And the Fee sheet at the end is showing a debit order.

How is it working if we do not want to pay any fee at the filing step?

Salut Flo,

the additional fee sheet is titled 'Internal fee sheet' and is for your own internal purpose only - i.e. the information has no value for the EPO. This sheet will only be generated when payment mode is 'not specified' as all in all other cases the payment mode and associated fee details are becoming part of the form and there is then no need for a separate internal fee sheet anymore.

I hope this clarifies the situation.
