Please be informed of a change of kind code for publications with authority code BE.
Publications with a publication number < 1.000.000 will be re-keyed to align the publication kind codes with the kind codes in the Kind Code Concordance List which you can consult on this web page http://www.epo.org/searching-for-patent ... gular.html
BE publications with kind codes ‘A1’, ‘A2’ and ‘A3’ will get kind code ‘A’
BE publications with kind codes ‘A4’, ‘A5’ and ‘A6’ will get kind code ‘R’.
BE publications with kind codes ‘A7’, ‘A8’ and ‘A9’ will get kind code ‘Q’.
Total number of publications affected will amount to around 205.000 documents.
