Please note that our EPO offices will be closed over the holiday period from 24 December 2020 to 10 January 2021 inclusive. They will open again on 11 January 2021. During this time no user support will be available. You may continue to use our contact form to send us enquiries.
A backlog of enquiries is likely to accumulate while we are closed, and we will do our utmost to respond to them as soon as possible. However, please be aware that our customary response times may be adversely affected for a short while. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
