OLF400 instalation problem: MS Unicode Arial Font.

When trying to install OLF400, a error message says:
"Please install MS Unicode Arial Font first"
But this font seems be installed.
The system is Windows XP service pack 3.
Help, please.

Hi - did you manage to solve this problem? I've got the same issue - even though Arial Unicode (MS) font appears in Windows\fonts folder, and I have MS Office XP installed, eOLF 4.2 will still not install, saying i must "install Arial Unicode (MS) font first..."

install it from the Ver 4 CD , works fine

There doesn't appear to be a way to install the font from the V 4 CD, there's no option to do it and there doesn't seem to be a folder/files for it on the CD either. Any ideas?

I'm having exactly the same problem - the font is installed, but isn't recognised. Even if I rename the font file to arialuni.ttf, it can't recognise it (and the file selection dialog box insists on putting an extra .ttf on the end of the filename, so it ends up c:\arialuni.ttf.ttf). I don't have the version 3.2 CD - what can I do?

Same problem on my installation. Have installed unicode font from official officexp cd. Does not solve the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions. Seems a bit unfortunate to have to buy a MS Office licence to install this software, not everybody has this.
