We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by the flaw detected in the Online Filing version 2.10SP3 software that was recently dispatched to you. The problem has been corrected and a new version of the software, Online Filing 2.10SP4, is now available from our download centre. Since we would like to ensure that you are in possession of the latest version of the Online Filing (eOLF) software, please follow the instructions below:
â€¢ If you have already downloaded eOLF version 2.10SP3, please download the patch to upgrade to eOLF version 2.10SP4 by clicking on the following link:

Finally, we would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the European Patent Office will change its client database with effect from 1 June 2005. As of this date the EPO will issue registration numbers in the new format only. eOLF version 2.10SP4 allows the entry of both current and new registration numbers.
