OPS API for Python in IOS/MAC machine, some help.

Dear community,
Dear EPO-OPS users,
I have a MAc computer and I am seeing that the EPO OPS API for python seems to be only available for Linux.
Does anyone know if it is possible and how to install it in a IOS machine?
(see for instance https://pypi.python.org/pypi/python-epo-ops-client where only a linux lybrary is available)
I would be very greatfull to get any hint from people who encountered this problem before.
