OPS API returning SERVER.EntityNotFound

Hi, requests that were previously working through the API are returning SERVER.EntityNotFound

For example.
http://ops.epo.org/3.2/rest-services/le ... /EP1962886

Here is the full response we get.
<fault xmlns="http://ops.epo.org">
<code>SERVER.EntityNotFound</code>
<message>No results found</message>
</fault>

Is there a way to resolve this? I have checked our access token and it appears to be fine.
