OPS Family and Legal - update

Dear all,

As many of you noticed, we still have issues in OPS Family and Legal service, both operating on same INPADOC database in the background. To solve the problem once and for all the INPADOC database is flagged to be migrated from current environment as soon as possible. We don't know exact dates yet, this is only to inform you that we are aware of the situation and are actively working in a background to solve this as soon as possible.

OPS is not directly affected at all, but database in a background cannot process calls that OPS is sending so the only solution will be to remove the database to environment that will be better controlled . Due to nature of the problem, you can potentially at times observe same timing issues in all tools that use that specific database as well, like in Espacenet, CCD, Register etc.

We will keep you informed when we have solid plan how we will be able to proceed
