PATSTAT Online: New simple query interface; Changed URL for access

Dear Users,
- In addition to the existing "Expert" SQL query interface, a "Beginners" query interface has been added to support users not yet familiar with SQL. It is possible to answer a small set of frequent information needs by filling out a very simple query form, which automatically constructs the corresponding SQL query. This query can then be executed or amended in Expert mode.
