PATXML / WORD COMPATIBILITY

My PatXML no longer works ! I uninstalled PatXML & then reinstalled the latest version, but it appears that it will no longer "talk to" WORD and messages say some features are no loner supported. Any ideas ?

I also experience big problems with PatXML. I have Windows 8.1, Word 2010, "Arial Unicode MS" font installed, and Java Runtime Environment Version 8 Update 131 (the one recommended by Oracle for Windows 8.1). In Word security settings the ActiveX setting is "activate all control elements without restriction", the settings for Macros is "activate all macros" and "trust VBA project object model". Nevertheless, when trying to create a PatXML document, Word does not start properly; there is first an error message that an object could not be created by an ActiveX component, then there are a lot of VBA runtime errors. This PatXML does not work at all!

EPO Support says PatXML only works with 32bit Word. If one has 64bit Word it will not work.

PatXML does not support Microsoft Word 64 bit at all by present design . It also does not support Ms. Word 365 and the cloud at present.
