PCT Fee Schedule for UK 15 Oct 09

Hi

I was expecting an update today for the fees on a PCT as they has been a change in the UK£ amounts.

I can't see one anyway either in the downloads centre, or on the live updates.

What do we do if we need to file today and have the wrong fee amounts?

the update is available on the UKIPO website: http://www.ipo.gov.uk/download.htm

"PCT Patch - PCT fee changes 15 October 2009
This patch contains the change of fees for PCT submissions as of 15 October 2009.
Please ensure you have installed the previous PCT fee change patches before installing this patch.
This can also be downloaded from the EPO's online services website - National Office (GB) page.
Updated 15 October 2009"

It is also available in LiveUpdate but the update will only be triggered if:
- LiveUpdate is enabled
and
- your client is up to date (hence San Marino update applied)
and
- GB has been ticked for checking LiveUpdate.
