This space is made available to users of Open Patent Services (OPS) web-service and now also to users of EPO’s bulk data subscription products such as 14. EPO worldwide bibliographic database (DOCDB), 14.11 EPO worldwide legal status database (INPADOC), 14.12 EP full text data, 14.1 EP bibliographic data (EBD)and more.

Users can ask each other questions, exchange experiences and solutions, post ideas. The moderator will use this space to announce changes or other relevant information.

Dear subscribers to bulk data products and OPS

Due to the precautionary measures the EPO is taking: https://www.epo.org/news-issues/covid-19.html and the most recent development in Austria, in force as of today, and its potential impact on the EPO's administrative and technical processes, we might not always be able to provide our services on the accustomed level.

We might encounter delays in the data delivery, in approving OPS registrations or simply replying to your emails or tickets during this period.

We are working from home as of today, we are available via email and Skype/phone but we are not sure how this way of working will be sustainable in the future.

We will do our best to provide continuous support on a high level to all users of our products and services
