Problem of exhibitions

Post by adrian88 » Wed Jul 26, 2017 11:10 am

I'm interested in a topic of non-prejudicial disclosures, in particular exhibitions. Supposing that I disclosed my invention during a national exihibition in country A which is on a list of official exhibitions allowed by a patent office in country A and next I filed a national application in country A. In the third step I would like to file an application in the EPO. My question is whether this exhibition will be prejudicial for my European application even if it was allowed by national law in country A or whether I can file a European application within a period of six months from the date of the mentioned national exhibition in country A?

The list of the official exhibition is published in the OJ.
ex. OJ 2013, 252
