Problems exporting to Word and then back to PatXML

Using version 1.3.5 I am generating a new english EP application with the headings: Technical Field, Background Art, Summary, Brief desc of Fig, Description of Embodiments, Examples, Claims, Abstract, Drawings.
Then I export the document to Word.
When I try to import my word document into PatXML once again, it does not recognise the headings Summary and Description of embodiments.
Any suggestions on what to do?
What I am trying to do is prepare a Word template that is as PatXML compatible as possible. Is there some other way of doing this or is there such a word document available.
I would appreciate any help possible.
