Publication not found in new Espacenet

I noticed that the publication WO2024028403 is not available in the new Espacenet interface, yet it appears in the old interface.

Could you explain how this is possible?

Can you please check My Espacenet, select My queries and relaunch the query you submitted yesterday? does it gives you today the correct result? If you want us to investigate it further, please share with us (support@epo.org) a screen shot of your My queries page showing the search you did.

Thank you for your quick response. It is working now, but it wasn't functioning yesterday and also experienced issues last week when my colleague tried. This is quite peculiar. However, as long as the issue doesn't recur, no harm done.

There may be technical issues or glitches affecting the display of certain publications in the new interface. These issues could be temporary and may be resolved as the interface undergoes further development and improvements tiny fishing

The new and old Espacenet interfaces may use different databases or have differentslice master data update schedules. This can result in the publication appearing on one interface but not on the other.
