Reduced user support during holiday period

Please note that due to the limited availability of staff during the holiday period, user support might not always be provided in a timely manner.
Please note also that our EPO offices will be closed over the holiday period from 23 December 2019 to 1 January 2020 inclusive. They will open again on 2 January 2020. During this time no user support will be available. You may continue to use our contact form to send us enquiries.
A backlog of enquiries is likely to accumulate while we are closed, and we will do our utmost to respond to them as soon as possible. However, please be aware that our customary response times may be adversely affected for a short while. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
