Hi,
Sometimes we come across errors in OPS data. For example, see https://ops.epo.org/3.1/rest-services/p ... 897/biblio - the title is in French but it is marked as English.
Should I post such errors on this forum, or is there a separate email id, form etc. for reporting such errors?
Regards,
Nikhil

Re: Reporting errors in the data
Dear user,
Thank you for reporting this.
That is clearly data issue and no OPS specific problem.
There is a link for such error reporting available in Espacenet;https://forms.epo.org/searching/free/es ... form.html?
After filling out this form, departments in charge will directly receive requests for corrections. Since OPS is a system feeding Espacenet, same errors in data will be in both systems.
PS: your CA issue I will report instead of you.
Kind regards,
OPS support

Re: Reporting errors in the data
Thanks for the link to the error form - I will cross check with Espacenet whenever I come across any more errors and report all data issues via that form.
We have found another error which is not a data issue. Some of the PNG images that we have tried to download result in a file of zero bytes. For example, check the URL https://ops.epo.org/3.1/rest-services/p ... ng?Range=1 Trying to download the TIF version of the same file works fine via https://ops.epo.org/3.1/rest-services/p ... if?Range=1
