Request for grant form extremely slow

Starting of the file manager is done without any problems or delays. I can sign and view files without any problems. However when entering a Request for grant (EP) file with the status Draft it takes forever to get the form. With forever I mean over 1 1/2 minutes or longer.

Using any other form like a Dutch request for grant form, does not have such a delay.

I even emptied the full database, but that did not result in a substantial speed up. Still over 45 seconds to one minute to have the form shown.

It is a server - client setup.

This is a known issue and will be addressed with the next update for 1st April. The initialisation of the rule engine required some improvement.
