Renewal of certificates and new CA for EPO online filing server - Reminder

On Sunday 3rd July the certificates at the EPO online filing server will expire. They will be renewed and issued by a new CA.
Therefore users of Online Filing who did not install V5SP3 must update their installation as soon as possible. Without the update, filing to the EPO online filing server will be impossible after 29/6/2011.
This action is not necessary for users who enabled LiveUpdate and already installed the update.
See more (http://www.epo.org/applying/online-serv ... nload.html). The update can be downloaded directly from: http://docs.epoline.org/epoline/product ... ch5057.exe

The patch has been removed and will be replaced with a newer one (due to problems detected with restarting the services when installing this patch in certain windows systems (windows 7, windows server 2008, windows server 2003), for networked versions of the EPO online filing client only).

The update can be downloaded directly from: http://docs.epoline.org/epoline/product ... ch5060.exe
It is dated 27/06/2011.

It will also be made available via LiveUpdate to all users. Reapplying the patch will not harm.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused,
