Search Database with ISIN code

Hello,
I am interested in a query which presents firms with ISIN code, the nr of patents per year (2010-2018) and the nr of legal case for patents issues opened.
Is it possible to construct it?

Hello Anisa,
PATSTAT does not contain ISIN or any other means of formal identification through codes for the patent applicants. That kind of information is not collected by the EPO. One has to keep in mind that even "natural persons" who do not have a VAT or company registration number can apply for a patent.
We are however aware that some patent offices use company registration (or VAT) numbers in their data sets.
PATSTAT does not contain systematic data on legal cases linked to patents neither (apart from the occasional legals status events in the INPADOC data which could be indicative for litigation activities).
The only "data base" that I am aware about that systematically monitors litigation activities on patents is Darts-ip (CLarivate). But there might be others.
