Hello,
i want to do the smart search with the field identifier "claim". But its not working, even with your provided example:
"claims=laser".

It says:

"An error has occurred
Invalid query
Refine search
The page you tried to display caused an error.
Error message: Unknown index. "

what is wrong?

Hi Patrick,

The default database behind Smart search is the Worldwide collection, this is the reason why you receive the error message if you use a full-text field identifier.

You need to refine your search and then you can select the full-text database in which you would like to search.
