We are unfortunately experiencing technical problems that are causing a rejection message when you try to access any GLOBAL DOSSIER saying e.g.

"Dieser Antrag wurde abgelehnt, weil die tägliche Gesamtquote für das xxx erreicht ist."
"This request has been rejected because total quote for xx of the WIPO is Exceeded"
"Cette requête a été rejetée car le quota total a été dépassé."

We are aware of this bug and our experts are doing their utmost to solve the problem.

:idea: In urgent cases you would need to contact the relevant National Patent Office directly.
