Dear OPS,
Recently I have been receiving the error message below when making a request as a registered user. If a new request is made soon afterwards it appears not to experience the same issue. Is there a way we can be have an SSL connection without this error?
Code: Select all
ERROR. During major processing loop: Error in cURL request: SSL read: error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0), errno 101

Dear user,
cUrl Error 101 means “Network is unreachable“ - the data package can not reach our subnet.
The reasons can be very different but most likely it is because of some router (possibly IP table) configuration on the client side.
Please try to reproduce the same with “traceroute” to see which link in the requests chain is broken.
Kind regards,
OPS support
