Dear OPS Officer,
Since yesterday, we've been meeting a strong slowdown in using published images inquiry and retrieval services.
As our application implements the fair-use policy, it waits 1 minute when receiving the "overloaded" flag.
Currently, it means that each individual download last 1 minute to complete and our application receives always an "overloaded" flag after each download. That wasn't the case previous weeks, or such a situation didn't happen more than 24 hours.

We have issues in other OPS services, but we were not aware of image retrieval issues. We will have a look. Can you send me to patentdata@epo.org your user ID and few URL examples of calls you were making?
