The best way to get abstracts via ops

What is the best way to get an abstract via OPS? Say, for JP2012516997 (A): on espacenet there's an abstract from related patent, but if you search for published-data epodoc JP2012516997.A biblio, you do not have an abstract. Request for published-data equivalents (same epodoc) gives result inf eopdoc without kind code. I've found that abstract may be taken from family-service biblio for this epodoc, but it looks much like an overkill - there's too much unnecessary info (and I guess it's an additional workload for espace backends).

Again, since this is a PCT, it has no Patent Abstract of Japan (PAJ)- English abstract, produced by JAPIO so we had to use WO's abstract in Espacenet and you should do the same. If that would be national JP application, we would receive a PAJ abstract about 3 to 4 months after publication and you would get names and title in English and original PAJ abstract and you would see same information in Espacenet and in OPS.
