Exists a time slot for online filing? e.g. 8 am to 6 pm?

Unless there is a scheduled or unscheduled outage of the server, one can file 24 hours by 7 days, hence at all time exceptions excluded.
When you would like to contact EPO User support then you are limited to:
Monday to Friday, 08.00-18.00 hrs CET

as stated on the ww.epoline.org website.
