tunnel proxy connect error

Has any body seen the "Tunnel Proxy Connect Error". I have 2 sites 1 is working filing fine the other gets to 71% and produces the above error. They can ping the proxy server fine. Also to note is that they are on seperate domains. Any thoughts....

Appears to be an issue of network configuration with your proxy server.
One possible source of error: the proxy settings are normally set for the global OLF system in the server manager BUT every user can choose in their own user preferences in OLF to either use this global setting or to use an individual setting - perhaps this is a case of the users on the 2nd domain having their own proxy settings which may be incorrectly set?
