Unable to retrieve fullimage

This space is made available to users of Open Patent Services (OPS) web-service and now also to users of EPO’s bulk data subscription products such as 14. EPO worldwide bibliographic database (DOCDB), 14.11 EPO worldwide legal status database (INPADOC), 14.12 EP full text data, 14.1 EP bibliographic data (EBD)and more.

Users can ask each other questions, exchange experiences and solutions, post ideas. The moderator will use this space to announce changes or other relevant information.

Unable to retrieve fullimage

Hi Support-Team,

it seems you cannot retrieve fullimage data.

For example for patent with number EP2229440
http://ops.epo.org/3.1/rest-services/pu ... 440/images

you cannot download the full image with
http://ops.epo.org/3.1/rest-services/pu ... /fullimage

but you can download the image page by page
http://ops.epo.org/3.1/rest-services/pu ... ge?Range=1

The same goes for thumbnails, it is not possible to retrieven them all.

I saw similar issues in the forum, but no solutions:

Please help.

Hi,

There is no solution, because this is a feature of OPS and not an error.
