Unexpected EOF error

Hi,
Sometimes I got error while loading images for certain documents.
For example, to get 21th image for document AP 925 A I used following query:
http://ops.epo.org/3.1/rest-services/pu ... f?Range=21
But instead of image I got HTTP response code 502 with following response text:
{"fault":{"faultstring":"Unexpected EOF","detail":{"errorcode":"messaging.adaptors.http.UnexpectedEOF"}}}
If I try to use the same query after a pause, it works.
