Update available enabling credit card payments via PCT e-Pay

For V5SP3 only:

Unfortunately it was still impossible to pay by credit card when filing PCTRO101 to the IB, the information on the email address to be used did not end up in the request as expected.

We now have an update available which will fix this issue. It is only relevant for those users who:
- file to RO=IB (Wipo)
- who want to pay via credit card (use the PCT e-Payment Service)

The update can be download here http://docs.epoline.org/epoline/product ... ch5012.exe and will be listed as patch (mandatory only if RO=IB and credit card payments are intended).
