V5SP3: activate logon with user/password?

After installing SP3, Administrator is logged on in the Filemanager, without the need for inputing username and password. How can I activate the username/password scheme again? The users are still there, but I can't find an option to activate them.

Dear Hanno,
the user management can be re-enabled in the Filemanager via Tools -> Preferences -> System Preferences -> General and tick the box "Enable user management".
