V5SP3: Filing in Germany no longer possible?

After installing SP3, when setting up a new German application, File Mananger keeps asking for the number of figures - although this number was already input. A no-go error is displayed. What's going on here?

Dear Hanno,
You are correct, after installing V5SP3 an error is now occurring when drafting the DE2007. Our apologies for the inconvenience it is causing.
We'll provide an update to solve this issue asap. We expect it to be available for download tomorrow. It will also be made available via LiveUpdate.

An update is being prepared to be distributed via LiveUpdate, available probably tomorrow (1st June).
In case you must file now and can not wait till 1st June, you can apply the following patch:
