OPS users are invited to test the forthcoming new version. Using this version, you can register and list your applications for use under the terms of the revised "Fair Use Charter".

Since OPS 3.1 becomes the official production system on 1 September 2013 and OPS 3.0 will begin to be phased out from 1 October 2013, you should begin to actively migrate from version 3.0 to version 3.1 as soon as possible.

The updated documentation is available, in particular please see pages 36-52 for details on registration, authentication and access token handling.
