Warning: Support for SSLV2 and SSLV3 no longer supported

Because of enhancements to the security of the EPO's IT infrastructure, the EPO will no longer support the SSLV2 and SSLV3 in order to allow secure connection when filing online.
Starting from Monday the 29th of February 2016 at 18:00 only the TLSV1 will be allowed in order to establish secure connection with all EPO servers.
Users with outdated versions of the online filing software "Thin Client" will be prevented to file.
To be able to continue filing, it is necessary to upgrade the "thin client" to the latest version.
The necessary patches to upgrade the online filing software to the correct version can be found in our Download software for filing with the EPO area.
