The European publication server is the official publication platform for all EP documents
The EPS covers all European patent documents published by the EPO from the end of 1978/12/20 till today and it is updated every Wednesday at 2pm CET. This service is free of charge and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We hope that through this forum expert users will be able to share their tips and tricks so that others may benefit from their experiences. The EPO’s experts are also looking forward to joining in these conversations too.

We hope this forum will bring the worldwide user community a bit closer together, and look forward to successful collaboration.

The European Patent Office (EPO)[notes 1] is one of the two organs of the European Patent Organisation (EPOrg), the other being the Administrative Council.[1] The EPO acts as executive body for the Organisation[2][3] while the Administrative Council acts as its supervisory body[2] as well as, to a limited extent, its legislative body.[3][4] The actual legislative power to revise the European Patent Convention lies with the Contracting States themselves when meeting at a Conference of the Contracting States.
