Where/how to submit bugs related to EOF4?

Good morning.
is there a dedicated way to submit bugs? Or just address to support[at]epo.org?

support [at] epo.org - is the dedicated way or reporting any issues.
This forum can of course be used to discuss whether or not a behaviour is actually a bug, a deviation or a change request - and perhaps there are other users with contradicting requirements which need further exchanges of arguments.
