At the moment the user administration allows you to set the user priveledges to being able to sign or not sign all applications, whether they are national, EP or international.
However, although a UK qualified attorney can sign national or international applications, they can only legally sign an EP application if they are also qualified as an EP representative.
As such it would be preferable if the user adminstration feature would allow us to make this distinction, i.e. authorisation to sign national/EP/international applications should be separated into different categories so that for example only EP representatives could sign EP applications.

Good idea. If we are making a wish list, I'd also like the ability to set rights at a forms level - e.g. secretary A is not trained on filing Form 1200 online, but is trained on filing Form 1038 and therefore should only have access to Form 1038.
