Greetings,
I was wondering whether it is possible to gain information whether an opponent withdrew his/her opposition, while the EPO decided to continue with the opposition proceeding on its own motion.
The outcome of the opposition proceeding itself does not allow for any implications for a possible withdrawal, am I right?
Any help on this matter is highly appreciated!
