Withdrawn applications - EPO register updates

An EP application has been deemed withdrawn, due to failure of completing a particular act in sufficient time. Since being deemed withdrawn we have filed a restoration request and paid a renewal fee.
The EP register hasn't been updated with the renewal fee paid. Is this because the application has technically deemed withdrawn, pending the outcome of restoration.
